About these terms
These terms apply to all work Digifinch does for clients, together with the proposal for each project. If the proposal and these terms disagree, the proposal applies.
Quotes and scope
Build projects are quoted at a fixed price for the scope in the proposal. Any change to the scope is quoted in writing before work on it starts.
Payment
Build projects are invoiced 40% to book a start date, 40% when designs are signed off and 20% at launch. Invoices are due within [14] days. Monthly plans are invoiced in advance and run month to month with 30 days’ notice.
Ownership
You own the code, designs and content we create for you, and the accounts we set up are in your name. [Add any conditions here, for example ownership passing on payment of each invoice.]
Third-party costs
Shopify plans, themes, apps and advertising spend are billed to you directly by those providers.
Liability and law
